How many collections/drop offs points are we allowed?
You can have as many pickups or drop offs as you wish, but these must be arranged prior to booking the limousine. A normal evening out would include 2 pickups and 2 drop offs. Please make sure when you book your journey you arrange for enough time overall to cover for all collections and drop offs to be made within the time period you choose. If your agreed hire period is extended, the cost will increase.

What type of insurance cover do you have?
We have hire and reward insurance that covers up to 8 passengers, the driver and limousine. We also have the required public liability insurance. Damage caused by passengers is not covered by our insurance and the hirer will be required to pay for the repair of any damage or the replacement of broken or stolen items caused by members of their party or by the actions of their party.

How to secure a booking?
Booking will only be secured once a deposit has been received. We do not require a damage deposit, although any damages caused by any of the passengers will be the responsibility of the hirer and payment will be demanded at the conclusion of the hire.

How soon do we need to book?
It is recommended that you secure your booking as early as possible, particularly events such as Newmarket, Ascot and School Proms, as these are usually booked well in advance.

Are your Limousines QVM accredited?
Our limousines are professional stretched by QVM (Qualified Vehicle Modifier) accredited coachbuilders. The QVM program is regulated by Ford and they use their expertise in the technical specifications of the Lincoln Towncar to ensure that all conversions are carried out to the highest possible standards yet still within the vehicle capabilities. The NLA (National Limousine Association) and Ford strongly recommend that when looking for a limousine to hire you verify that your limousine operator runs limousines built by accredited coachbuilders. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without giving a reason and to terminate any hire where there is unreasonable and rowdy behaviour, or where in our opinion the safety of the passengers, driver or vehicle is at risk.
